設計概況：項目位于綿竹市城郊馬尾河畔，規劃用途為主題商業(yè)街區，充分結合綿竹年畫(huà)文化，以年畫(huà)為主題，規劃由“唐、宋、元、明、清”五朝建筑組團組成的主題仿古商業(yè)街，并配套設計相關(guān)景觀(guān)及文化設施，該項目于2008年建成，已成為綿竹市知名商業(yè)街區。

Overview:The project is located in the suburb of Mianzhu City on the banks of the Mawei River. It is planned as a theme commercial district. It fully combines the culture of Mianzhu New Year pictures and takes the New Year pictures as the theme. It plans a theme archaized commercial street composed of architectural groups of the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and designs related landscape and cultural facilities. The project was completed in 2008. It has become a famous commercial district in Mianzhu.
