九寨溝溝口商業(yè) 傳統商業(yè)街區景觀(guān)設計

設計概況：本項目位于四川阿壩州東北部九寨溝漳扎鎮境內。位于機場(chǎng)與九寨溝之間，向東距九 寨溝溝口11公里，向西距九寨天堂9公里，面向301省道?？偨ㄖ娣e約13.8萬(wàn)平米，其中地上 6.7萬(wàn)，功能包含商業(yè)街、客棧兩種主要類(lèi)型，地下7.1萬(wàn)平米，包含臨河的商業(yè)以及機動(dòng)車(chē)庫。 用地北臨301省道，東西長(cháng)約600米，南北向最深處長(cháng)200多米，沿白水河展開(kāi)面很長(cháng)是本地塊最 大特點(diǎn)。規劃考慮建筑與景觀(guān)的最大利用效率，采用中國傳統街區的組織手法。以一條重要游覽 流線(xiàn)串聯(lián)整個(gè)街區，并以此劃分動(dòng)靜區域。

Overview：This   project   is   located   in   zhangzha   Town,   Jiuzhaigou,   northeast  of  Aba  Prefecture, Sichuan.  The  location  is  between  the  airport  and  Jiuzhaigou,  it  is  11  km  east  from  Jiuzhaigoukou,  9 km  west  from  Jiuzhaigou  Paradise,  and  faces  301  Provincial  Road.  The  total  floor  area  is  about 138,000 square meters, of which 67,000 are above ground. The functions include two main types of commercial  street  and  inn,  71,000  square  meters  underground,  including  commercial  and  motor garage near the river. It is situated in the north of 301 provincial road, about 600 meters long in East and   west,   and   200   meters   long   in   the  deepest   north-south  direction. The planning takes  into account  the  maximum utilization    efficiency  of buildings  and andscapes,  and  adopts the organizational  techniques  of  Chinese  traditional  blocks.  An  important  tour  streamline  is  used  to connect the whole block and divide the dynamic and static area.
