項目簡(jiǎn)介

這是丹麥ZESO建筑師事務(wù)所在中國的第一個(gè)養老院合作項目。除了在建筑上的技術(shù)支持以外，ZESO在養老領(lǐng)域也和丹麥大學(xué)、各丹麥養老產(chǎn)品企業(yè)保持良好合作關(guān)系，例如該項目中將會(huì )由丹麥VIA大學(xué)負責管理和培訓專(zhuān)業(yè)的養老護理員工，以及使用從丹麥直接進(jìn)口最先進(jìn)的養老護理產(chǎn)品。

丹麥ZESO建筑師事務(wù)所與丹麥外交部有著(zhù)長(cháng)期、密切的合作關(guān)系，同時(shí)也是D′Care項目的積極推動(dòng)者，為將丹麥先進(jìn)的福利產(chǎn)品引入廣大的中國養老市場(chǎng)提供了合作的可能。

注：D′Care項目是基于中丹兩國的友好關(guān)系，由中丹兩國政府牽頭，從向中國引進(jìn)丹麥先進(jìn)領(lǐng)域，如養老院的建筑設計、養老福利器械、藥品等。

 Project description

ZESO in conjunction with our collaboration partner Yuandao Architects and our department in Chongqing, together with VIA University College - who will be responsible for the operation and education of personnel, along with a variety of Danish product manufacturers within elderlycare, have signed a contract to complete the 15.000m2 project in 2014/2015.

As a result of our involvement in the D'Care iniative, and a close collaboration with the Danish foreign ministry, it has been possible to export Danish welfare solutions within elderlycare to the vast Chinese market.

設計團隊十分注重將北歐先進(jìn)的設計理念運用于中國城市，目前在成都、杭州等地擁有分公司及合作伙伴。中國成都分公司創(chuàng )辦至今，通過(guò)獨立承擔或合作設計等方式，進(jìn)行了多項城市新區規劃設計、養老地產(chǎn)規劃和建筑設計以及舊建筑改造等項目。我們位于重慶大足的巴岳西湖養老中心將在今年全面動(dòng)工，屆時(shí)將成為國內引入丹麥先進(jìn)理念的新型養老產(chǎn)業(yè)的典范。
