設計概況：太古地產(chǎn)與遠洋地產(chǎn)聯(lián)袂開(kāi)發(fā)的成都遠洋太古里(Sino-Ocean  Taikoo  Li  Chengdu)，位于成都市錦江區商業(yè) 零售核心地段、與春熙路購物商圈接壤，是一個(gè)樓面面積逾10萬(wàn)平方米的開(kāi)放式、低密度的街區形態(tài)購物中心。項目毗鄰 大慈古寺，是一個(gè)融合文化遺產(chǎn)、創(chuàng )意時(shí)尚都市生活和可持續發(fā)展的商業(yè)綜合體，有著(zhù)豐富的文化和歷史內涵，其中包括 的六座保留院落和建筑均得以妥善保護修復。規劃中，與都市環(huán)境和文化遺產(chǎn)緊密結合的廣場(chǎng)、街巷、庭園、店鋪、茶館 等一系列空間與活動(dòng)建立起一個(gè)多元化的可持續創(chuàng )意街區，使地方重新煥發(fā)生機，也再塑了成都市中心。項目以創(chuàng )新現代 的手法將川式建筑理念與新穎的零售規劃自然交融。其開(kāi)放式、低密度的獨特設計不僅體現了項目團隊對成都這座城市及 成都消費者生活習慣的深刻理解，還為顧客營(yíng)造了獨一無(wú)二的購物和休閑體驗。

Overview:   Located  in  Chengdu  City  of  China,  Sino-Ocean  Taikoo  Li  Chengdu  Project  is  an  open-plan,  low-rise  and  lane- driven shopping precinct spanning approximately 114,000 sqm. The project is a bustling urban lifestyle hub where visitors can enjoy  a  truly  unique  shopping  and  leisure  experience  amidst  the  lanes,  courtyards  and  plazas  of  the  complex.  Blending  the old  and  the  new,  Sino-Ocean  Taikoo  Li  Chengdu  realises  an  innovative  architectural  design  that  pays  homage  to  traditional Sichuan  architecture  and  the  nearby  thousand-year-old  Daci  Temple  while  incorporating  modern  building  techniques  and materials.   By   redefining   this   historical   neighbourhood   into   Chengdu’s   new   downtown   district,   the   open-air   complex acknowledges the history and character of the city whilst immersing visitors in a unique shopping experience.
