設計概況：漕運文化為核心，遵循“理水、營(yíng)城、聚人、興文”四大策略及“最運河、最淮安、最市井”的原則，將中國漕運城打造成中國漕運文化博覽園、世界船文化體驗區、華東最具吸引力的親子游樂(lè )演繹嘉年華、淮揚美食薈萃區、世界風(fēng)味美食集合地、華東最富情懷的民間博物館聚落、江蘇最具格調的花園民宿度假區、淮安最浪漫的愛(ài)情體驗中心地、淮安最美麗的都市田園游賞地。構建中國漕運文化新空間、淮安公共游憩慢空間、淮安新型商業(yè)潮空間。
