列寧生態(tài)社區景觀(guān)建筑設計

林蔭道網(wǎng)絡(luò )  

新區的人行道強調對場(chǎng)地楊樹(shù)的保留和技巧性平行設計。慢行交通  網(wǎng)絡(luò )與排水網(wǎng)絡(luò )嵌入城市，連接讓蒂伊鎮和巴黎。 通過(guò)交替序列  出現的建筑和花園，提供綠化豐富的休憩空間。

一個(gè)向公眾開(kāi)放的社區  

社區主要服務(wù)于學(xué)生，研究人員和家庭。設計的運動(dòng)場(chǎng)地成為當地  新的活力中心。項目中連接雷尼大道與慢行交通網(wǎng)絡(luò )的 戰略使新  舊居民之間往來(lái)增加。而在中心廣場(chǎng)，我們通過(guò)細小的雨水管道引  導并向公眾展示雨水收集過(guò)程，這一舉措使得 廣場(chǎng)成為一個(gè)吸引  力中心。

A CONNECTING MALL

The pedestrian path that runs through the new neighbourhood emphasizes the alignment of existing poplar trees. It contributes to the gentle meshing begun by the rehabilitation of the  aqueduct promenade which joins Gentilly and Paris and which alternates between rows of buildings and gardens, creating a space where vegetation can breathe and flourish.

A NEIGHBOURHOOD OPEN TO EVERYONE

The neighbourhood is populated by students, researchers and families. Sports fixtures offer inhabitants a new leisure facility. Its strategic location at the junction between the avenue  Lénine and the mall contributes to creating links between residents who have recently arrived and existing Gentilly residents. The public square is enlivened with a series of canaletti” (small  canals) which guide and upstage the collected rainwater.
